Kenney Van Hoorick learned the tricks of the trade at Domestic, starred restaurant Dôme’s home bakery, and Yves Guns: both great names in the baking industry. Kenney remains loyal to the rich tradition of French bread baking, and mainly works with sourdough and organic yeast.
