Luc De Laet, of De Laet & Van Haver, is a true ‘rock ’n roll’ butcher, with a widely known atelier in Hove. At the brewery, they are now setting up a second atelier, where they want to bring the butcher’s craft back to its essence, but using today’s technology. In the counter you will find the forgotten deli meats, restored to their former glory, and fine meats prepared with De Koninck beer. .
